Day 01 Arrive Cochin Arrival at Cochin, check into the hotel, visit Dutch Palace, (Friday holiday) Jewish Synagogue, (Friday & Saturday Holidays) Jewish Street,St. Francis Church (Sunday holiday) and Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay at Cochin
Day 02 Arrive Munnar After Breakfast,drive to Munnar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure for own activities. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 03 Arrive Munnar After breakfast, proceed for Local Sightseeing in Munnar Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Visit - Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake ,Echo point, Rajamalai.Here you can see the rare species know as Nilgiri Tars. Overnight in Munnar.
Day 04 Arrive Thekkady After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure for own activities. One of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978 Sightseeing in Thekkady. Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary, Spice Plantation. Overnight in Thekkady.
Day 05 Arrive Alleppey After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Alleppey Upon arrival, check into the HouseBoat. Walk past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 06 Arrive Kovalam After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Kovalam Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits).Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse-sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes, Catamaran cruising etc. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into the night Sightseeing : Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthira Maligai Palace, Zoo, Art Gallery (All places close on Monday except Padmanabha Swami Temple). Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 07 Arrive Kanyakumari After breakfast, Full Day trip to Kanyakumari - Captivating Kanyakumari the southernmost end of Tamilnadu and the lands end of India is one of the most popular tourist spot of the country. The beautiful town on the very tip of the Indian Peninsula is set on the confluence of the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. The town is at its best during Chaitra Poornima (full moon day in April),when the Sun and Moon are face to face in the same horizon. Other full moon days are also special when you can see the sunset and the moon rise almost simultaneously . Sightseeing in Kanyakumari: Vivekananda Rock, Kanyakumari Devi Temple. Drive back to Kovalam. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 08 Arrive Trivandrum Departure After check out from the Hotel, drive to Trivandrum Airport / railway station (depending on your departure place) for your flight / train
