The Cabo Palace Fort is located to the south of Mandovi River and opposite
to the Fort Aguada. This palace fort in modern times is popularly called as
the Cabo Raj Niwas or Raj Bhavan. There is a Durbar Hall that was used for
the official reception and other official ceremony. There is also a dinning
room that can accommodate more than 30 people at a time.
The nearest bus stand to the Cabo Palace Fort is just 15 Km. The Panjim bus stand
is located adjacent to the Fort Aguada Beach. Tourist can avail innumerable modes
of transportation to reach to the Fort Cabo in Goa.
