Undoubtedly, India possesses unique geology and geography, which
has influenced the climate and weather of the country. Each different place
in India is known for its unique weather. And so, it can be easily understood
that the weather of the North India doesn’t matches with the weather of
the South India. The below are some of the discussions on the weather of different

India is a vast country that has tropical weather. One
cannot provide a single definition on the climate and weather of India. There
are eight major climatic zones in this subcontinent, which only has the monsoon
rains in common. But then, the arrival of monsoon is also different in different
places of the country. You can find that the weather of India is ranging
from the cold crisp air in the mountainous region in the north, to the severe
dry heat of the Thar Desert, where the temperature reaches beyond 45°C.
In the Thar Desert one can see the sand dunes shift with the will of the
winds.
The tourists can experience the magical and enchanting weather
of India during the India tour. But the perfect time to enjoy touring in India
is during the months of October to March. This is because the weather remains
very pleasant at this time and the tourist can enjoy the desert splendors and
the hill glories. In fact, the weather in winter also varies from place to place.
In the northern parts of India, the weather of the place remains pleasant during
winters. Also, in summers the temperature doesn’t raises above 35˚
C and remains a pleasant place for touring. While the weather in eastern Himalayas
remains very cool in winter season due to heavy snowfall.
In the central parts of India, the weather becomes very pleasant after the arrival
of monsoon between the months of June and September. Some of the states like
the western Uttar Pradesh and the state Haryana suffer from extreme types of
climate. It remains very cold from December to January, but the same place very
dry and hot from March till June. While the weather of the southern parts of
India remains hot and humid throughout the year. During the months of April
and July, the southern parts of India receive heavy rainfall and so during this
period the weather of the place becomes very pleasant for touring.
