Travel Tips to Rajasthan

Introduction
To have a fruitful vacation and to have an everlasting experience, do not shuffle the pages of book or surf the internet as the best answer is 'Rajasthan'. A trip to Rajasthan will be a complete gamble which includes delicious cuisines, bombastic palaces and a glimpse of affluent culture.

As such, there are no hard and fast rules which are applicable for the travel to Rajasthan. Some few guidelines are to be followed for the same:

Clothing: Being the hotter place in India, its better to wear light colored clothes in summers and carry woolen if your trip is in winter time.
Food: Carry some food and only mineral water with you because the distance from one place to the other is huge so you might feel hungry. And, unfortunately, this desert place would not serve you anything.
Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit the state is the ‘Monsoon time’ from October to February.

Further, not that no temple will allow you to carry shoes inside the temple and some will also disallow pets. Some temples authorities are fanatic about the belief of not allowing the person belongs to the other caste.

Money exchange: Money can be exchanged at the authorized banks.

Locks: Beware of the pick pockets and lock your luggage before going abywhere.

Make sure that you are informing your hotel about the location of your travel. Only purchase or buy things from the shops which are authorized by the government of India. Very important, do not carry liquor and drugs with you otherwise, your travel can be refused. Nevertheless, as per the rules at some tourists places, camera will not be allowed. So, do not argue with the authorities.
