Rajasthan and Rajasthani Cuisines are lip smacking and rich in their own style. It is a revered land of Rajputs famous for their valor and romantic nature. The other vegetable ‘Kair’ rich in minerals like proteins, carbohydrates and calcium is cooked with sangri and khejri. Even, in the muggy heat of june, sangria is either cooked in houses or its green leaves are accumulated.

Rajasthani people are very spicy people and they love to eat chutneys which are spicy that are available from the local markets such as coriander, garlic turmeric and mint. Mostly, they mix Dalbati and Churma together and eat with spicy chutney. Different regions have different specialty in sweets. For Eg, Jodhpur’s Mawa Kachori, Pushkar’ Malpoas and Bikaner’s Rasagullas.are very scrumptious. Dal or lentils, wheat are the most common food of the people of Rajasthan. The sweetened cereals is called Churma. The soups are very nutritious as they have the flavor of red chili peppers, yoghurt or milk and sometimes vegetable soups are made from Eggplant, Jackfruit, Okra and Mustard.
