The land of Rajasthan is revered for its tempting architecture, striking colors and delicious food items. Basically, the cuisines of Rajasthan are influenced by its own enviourment and geographical location. For instance, due to the influence of war, cuisine of Medieval Rajasthan is cooked without heating and you don’t have any choice of skipping it.

Rajasthani cuisines are affected by the Mughal cuisines as well.Though, most of the ingredients majorly used to prepare the lavish Mughal items were difficult to found. Nevertheless, the delicacies of Rajasthan are also influenced by the eating habits of Britishers.
