Day 1: Arrival Cochin
Kerala Honeymoon Holidays begins with the arrival at Cochin where the tour coordinator from Indian Horizon will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Have some rest and get ready for the afternoon, half day sightseeing tour of Cochin including Asia's best preserve Synagogue, the Dutch Palace and the oldest European Church in India - the St. Francis Church where Vasco De Gama was originally buried and last but not the least a leisurely walk through the Fort Cochin area which gives you a close look at the operation of the huge cantilevered Chinese fishing nets etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Cochin - Munnar
The next destination of Kerala Honeymoon Holiday package is Munnra the exotically beautiful hill station of Kerala. En route enjoy the panoramic beauty of Munnar's tea gardens, misty mountains and exotic wildlife of the place. Reach and check-in to your pre-booked Resort by after noon. On your honeymoon holiday, enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar with its marvelous waterfalls, lush tea gardens and high mountains with low flying clouds. Enjoy the sight seeing of Munnar that includes Mattupetty for boating, Kundala dam, Eco-point, Top station, Indo-Swiss cattle farm etc. Over night stay at Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing Tour
Munnar, once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Govt. in South India, is a popular hill resort visit to Rajamala and Eravikulam National Park. Evening is optional to visit Pallivasal waterfalls and Blossom Park. Return to the resort for a campfire dinner and over night stay. Return to the Resort for campfire dinner and Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar - Thekkady
Transfer to Thekkady, Drive through one of those most picturesque hill highways of kerala. Thekkady is set in the heart of the Cardamom and Pepper Hills of Kerala. This is otherwise the Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. Periyar has one of the world's most fascinating Natural wildlife Reserve. Evening go for a walk at the Periyar Wild life sanctuary and later for a boating at the Periyar lake to view the varied wildlife of this region. Over night stay at Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady - Kumarakom (Backwater)
Today you will be transferred by road to Kumarakom charming village on the Vembanad Lake. En route stop at the Kuttikanam hills just to take a spectacular view of the hills. After spending some movements and capturing the beauty of the place in your cameras precede to your island home - Kumarakom and check-in to your pre-booked Water front Resort. Activities around your resort can include bird sanctuary visit, swimming, fishing, village visit, farm visit, country boat cruise etc. Discover ancient and enriching ayurvedic therapies and authentic Kerala cuisine and traditional dishes to get an authentic Kerala experience. Day 6: Alleppey Houseboat
After breakfast, transfer to the Houseboat Embarkation point. Check-in to the exclusive houseboat. Your private boat will be facilitated with all the modern comforts and amenities. This full day cruise will include all your meals and an overnight stay on board. Your houseboat will cruise in the regions of Vembanadu Lake, Pathiramanal Island, Bird Sanctuary, R-block, Punnamada Lake, Kainakari, and many other regions of Kuttanadu and Alapuzha .The boat will be anchored in the lake for overnight stay. Over night stay on houseboat.
Day 7: Cochin Departure
