Day 01: Kodari Border - Nyalam
Your Lhasa and Mt. Kailash Tour starts today. Drive to Kodari Border on arrival. Continue drive to Nyalam (3700 m) for overnight stay.
Day 02: Nyalam - Paiku Tso
Leave Nyalam on the second day of your tour to Lhasa and Mt. Kailash. Drive to Paiku Tso (4550 m). It is a beautiful lake. On arrival at Paiku Tso, stay for the night.
Day 03: Paiku Tso - Dzomala
After spending the second day of Lhasa tour in Paiku Tso, third day morning drive towards Dzomala (4880 m). Overnight at Dzomala.
Day 04: Dzomala - Mazomala Pass
On the fourth day of your Mt. Kailash tour, our representative will take you to Mazomala Pass (5260 m). Stay there for the whole day. Overnight at Mazomala Pass.
Day 05: Mazomala Pass - Darchen
Fifth day of Lhasa and Mt. Kailash tour begins from your drive towards Darchen. It is at a height of 4560 meters. Stay there overnight.
Day 06: Darchen - Dri Ra Phuk
Sixth day of Mt. Kailash tour is for visiting Dri Ra Phuk monastery. From Darchen, trek towards the monastery which is at a height of 4780 meters. It is at a distance of 12 km from Darchen. On the way, also visit Chuku monastery. Overnight in camp. Day 06 of Lhasa and Mt. Kailash tour ends.
Day 07: Dri Ra Phuk - Zhul Truk Phuk
On the seventh day of Lhasa tour, trek towards the Zhul Truk Phuk, which is at a height of 4680 meters. It is at a distance of 27 km from the Dri Ra Phuk monastery. While trekking, go via a pass (5600 m). Overnight in camp.
Day 08: Zhul Truk Phuk - Chiu Gompa
Leave Zhul Truk Phuk on the 8th day and trek towards Chiu Gompa. After trekking, another one-hour drive will take you to Chiu Gompa. It is at a height of 4540 meters. Overnight in camp. Day 08 of your tour to Lhasa and Mt. Kailash ends.
Day 09: Chiu Gompa
This day is for relaxing. Take rest in the camp. Overnight in camp.
Day 10: Chiu Gompa - Paryang
On this day, you will drive to Paryang, which is at a height of 4600 meters. On arrival, stay in the camp the whole day. Overnight in camp. Tenth day of your Mt. Kailash tour ends.
Day 11: Paryang - Saga
Leave Paryang and drive towards Saga (4480 mm). On arrival, overnight in camp. Day 11 of Lhasa tour ends.
Day 12: Saga - Lhatse
Drive to Lhatse (4050 m). On arrival, check in to pre-booked hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13: Lhatse - Xigatse
Leave Lhatse and drive to Xigatse (3900 m). This day of Lhasa and Mt. Kailash Tour is for sightseeing in Xigatse. Visit Tashilumpo Monastery, seat of Panchen Lama, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Xigatse - Gyantse
On the 14th day, you leave Xigatse and drive towards Gyantse (3950 m). Whole day for exploring the beauty of the place and visiting Gyantse Stupa and monastery, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15: Gyantse - Lhasa
On the 15th day of Lhasa and Mt. Kailash Tour, arrive at Lhasa (3650 m). This is an important day in Lhasa and Mt. Kailash tour package. From Gyantse, drive to Lhasa (260 km from Gyantse). On arrival at Lhasa, sightseeing whole day of Passes Karo la and Kamba la, Yamdrok tso, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 16: Lhasa
This day is for local sightseeing in Lhasa. Visit Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Norbulinka Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Market, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 17: Lhasa
Stay for another day in Lhasa. Spend the whole day in Lhasa visiting the local sightseeing attractions. Overnight at hotel.
Day 18: Lhasa
This day of Lhasa and Mt. Kailash tour package is for relaxation. Day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 19: Lhasa - Kathmandu Departure
Drive towards Gongar airport in Lhasa to board flight to Kathmandu. Lhasa and Mt Kailash Tour ends here.
