Bhootnath Temple

Himachal Pradesh is known for having a numbers of forts and monuments. The Bhootnath temple is a fascinating temple located in Himachal Pradesh. In fact, it is one of the oldest temples of the Mandi town. The Bhootnath Temple dates back to 1520’s. Inside the temple, you can find Nandi or god Shiva’s bull facing the ornamental double arch to the sanctuary. The new and the modern shrines nearby to it are brightly painted. This temple is a venue of a major festival called Shivratri that is held in the month of March. It is a main focus to many tourists coming from different parts of the world.
