Day 01: Arrival at Bangalore
Day 01 of South India Wildlife Tour begins from your arrival at Bangalore airport. Here you meet our representative who takes you to the pre-booked hotel. Rest for sometime. Then proceed for sightseeing tour of Bangalore. Visit Vidhan Saudha, Nandi Temple and Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Bangalore – Mysore
Breakfast at hotel. Then drive towards Mysore (140 km/03 hrs drive), the next destination in your wildlife tour to South India. Upon arrival, head for city sightseeing tour. Visit the Maharaja’s Palace, Chamundi Hills and the Art Gallery. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Mysore – Nagarahole
Day 03 of South India Wildlife Tour begins at Mysore. Have breakfast and proceed towards Nagarahole (80 km/2 hrs). On arrival, check in to Kabini River Lodge. Rest for sometime and after lunch, leave for wildlife tour. Return to the resort in the evening and watch a wildlife movie. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 04: Nagarahole – Bandipur
Early morning tea/coffee at the lodge. Then proceed for coracle ride and elephant ride. Return to the resort for breakfast. Then head towards Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary (100 km/3 hrs drive). On arrival, check in to resort. Have lunch and relax for sometime. Wildlife safari after lunch. In the evening, watch wildlife film at the resort. Have dinner and stay for the night in Bandipur.
Day 05: Bandipur – Mudumalai – Bandipur
Have breakfast at the resort. Then proceed towards Mudumalai Sanctuary, another highlight of South India tour. After spending the day there, drive back to Bandipur resort for overnight stay. Day 05 of Wildlife Tour to South India ends.
Day 06: Bandipur – Ooty
Early morning go for trekking. Return to the resort for breakfast and check out. Proceed towards Ooty (80 km/3 hrs drive). Check in to hotel on arrival. Spend the sixth day of your tour to South India in Ooty. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Ooty
Spend the whole day in the lavish landscape of the “Queen of Hill Stations”, called Udhagamandalam or Ooty. Overnight at hotel. Travel to South India without a visit to Ooty is truly incomplete.
Day 08: Ooty – Coimbatore
Have breakfast at hotel and then proceed towards Coimbatore airport (75 km/3 hrs) to board flight for onward destination or back home. South India Wildlife Tour ends today..
