Introduction about Mujamkavu Parthasarathi Kshetram : The Mujamkavu Parthasarathi Kshetram is an annual festival which is held at the Mujamkavu Parthasarathi Kshetram temple. This temple is located in the village Ednad of Kasorgad district at a distance of about 4 km from the town of Kumbla.
Description: On the occasion of Mujamkavu Parthasarathi Kshetram a large number of devotees assemble at the temple to offer their prayers to the lord for the period of seven days. Among the seven days the day of Thulava Sankraman is considered to be the most auspicious. On this day people take a bath or Theertha Snanam .According to a deep belief the holy water has the power to cure skin diseases. The healing power of the water draws people from far to this temple.
