Introduction about Mallam Durga Parameshwari Temple: The Mallam Durga Parameshwari Temple is located in Muliyar Village of Kerala. The presiding deity of this temple is Goddess Durga Parameshwari. The special feature of the Mallam Durga Parameshwari Temple is daily Annadanam which consists of distributing food among the devotees. During Tuesdays and Fridays the temple premises are crowded with devotees. They offer their prayers to seek a future of prosperity and a happy life.

Description: The Durga Parameshwari Temple is located 10 Km away from Kasargod near Bovikanam. Kasargod is positioned at the Northwest tip of Kerala and is surrounded by the Western Ghats on one side and 12 rivers flows over it that makes it an enchanting landscape. Here the Mallam Durga Parameshwari temple is situated. The temple is famous for Annadanam which involves free distribution of food to the poor and needy. The temple is mostly visited by the women. They keep "Vrath" in order to please the mother goddess who would bring peace and happiness to their lives.
