Introduction about International Paragliding Festival : Organized by the Adventure Sports and Sustainable Tourism Academy (ASSTA), International Paragliding Festival is one of the exciting festivals in Kerala.
Description: The International Paragliding Festival is held primarily in Vagamon. The festival is arranged by Kerala Tourism and the Adventure Tourism of Kerala, Located at the border of Kottayam and Idukki districts, Vagamon is a hill station which has green valleys and mountains dotted with tea plantations. The International Paragliding Festival in Kerala made a successful debut in the year 2006 and attracts large number of paragliding enthusiasts from across the world.
Time for celebration: The International Paragliding Festival is held mostly during March and April and it’s just been two years since this event started.
