Description: On the banks of river Pamba, built a massive shrine where the Edathua Perunnal is held resembles with the churches of Medieval Europe. The festival starts annually at April 27 and concludes on May 7. During this festival, the statue of St. George decorated with gold is placed on the podium in the middle of basilica. All prayers and related rituals held here in those days. Devotees from all parts of the state attend this festival. The Church grounds swarm with vendors and stalls, selling all sorts of things from food to utensils to jewelry. There are cultural performances every evening are a real crowd puller during this festival.
