Access: Gramam Backwater Home is situated at Kumbalangi, a village 10 Km from Fort Kochi - the heritage zone .This idyllic place is 45 Km from International Cochin Airport .The nearest railway station at Ernakulam which is 14 Km away from it. The buses ply regularly on the National Highway 47 passing through Thoppumpady - a stone's throw from Gramam.

Accommodation: Gramam, the beautiful home of Byju and Lyma is spreading across the three acres of coconut garden. It has two types of accommodation options.

• The Lake View:This room is in a wing of the main house where the host family resides. The rooms have attached veranda, mosquito –netted twin beds, antique furniture, luggage racks, walk in showers.
• The Cottage: The cottages on Backwaters is a renovated coconut farm house used by Neduveli family .These are more spacious , pristinely clean and tidy. The large room has twin beds, attached bathrooms, kitchenette with fridge, facilities for the handicapped people, availability of self catering option.

Dinning Facility: The dining facilities at Gramam Backwater Home Stay in Kochi make the stay more enjoyable and memorable. The in-house restaurant serves various cuisines starting from Indian, Chinese to continental. Visitors are also provided the kitchenette facilities where they can enjoy the home cooked food as well.
