The Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary in Ahmedabad is one of the premier attractions of the diverse wildlife in Gujarat. The KP farm at Sanand inside the park offers good lunch options, has a swimming pool, children's amusement park and a host of other facilities. There is also the Goyal Water Park. You can also go for angling, boating and camping. Some animal rides are also offered at the sanctuary.
The best season for a tour to Nal Sarovar Sanctuary Gujarat is the months of November to February. Located 60 kms southwest of Ahmedabad, the Nal Sarovar is easily accessible. One can hire taxis or take the state transport buses to get to the sanctuary.
