Rani Udaymati Vav in Mehsana is one of the prominent tourist attractions in Gujarat, India. Dating back to the Solanki period, the splendorous architecture of Rani Udaymati Vav attracts tourists from far and wide. The step well is believed to have been built in the 1050s and was named after Rani Udaymati. The grandest of the 120 other step-wells in Gujarat, Rani Udaymati Vav was restored in the 1980s.

The well is a multi-chambered structure which served as a summer retreat for the royal families who came to rest here during summers. There are over 800 sculptures adorning the walls of the structure.
