The Maharao Madansinji Museum at the Aina Mahal in Bhuj displays a collection of beautiful paintings, photos and Kutch embroidery. You will also get to see the historical artifacts that belonged to the Maharaja. The most interesting feature of Aina Mahal is the 20 m long painted scroll of Maharao Pragmalji with his army celebrating the victory over Mughals.
Another particular feature of the Old Palace Bhuj is the famed Hall of Mirrors. It has walls of white marble covered with mirrors and bordered by gilded decorations. The music room, Fuvara Mahal, is a beautiful chamber with glass-blown lanterns and Venetian glass shades. There is a Pleasure Pool where the Maharaja used to sit. The Hira Mahal is furnished with bed, gorgeous Kutch carpets and clocks.
