Beginners Yoga Session
A session has allotted for the beginners or trainee of the Yoga center of Ananda. The duration of the session is one hour. Within this one-hour training the guest will experience the inner and outer being through focus on different movements. Asana (postures), Mudras (gestures) Pranayam (deep breathing) and Dhyana (meditation) in the classes of Shavasana (crope pose), Bhujangasana (cobra pose) Paschimatanasana (back stretching pose), Vakrasana (spinal twist) Tadasana (palm tree pose) Nadi Shodhan (psychic network purification) and Ujjai Pranayam (the psychic breathing).
Intermediate Yoga Session
In Intermediate Yoga session several classes are offered as Surya Namaskar, Yogamudra, Asana and Pranayam. It is also designed for one hour where the guest experiences the inner and outer being of movements of the Asana (postures), Mudras (gestures), Pranayam (deep breathing) and Bandha (lock).
Advance Yoga Session
Another one-hour advanced Yoga session is intended to give emphasis on the intensity of holding the advanced Asana and Pranayam. The classes on Asana, Kriya Tratak, Yoga Mudra, Nauli, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika and Uddiyana are meant according to individual needs and necessities.
Ananda Sadhana
Ananda’s Sadhana is meant to make the individual free from several diseases. The Sadhana includes Pranayam, Asana and Dhyana. Prana means the air, which helps in stimulating, relaxing and stabilizing of human spirit. Ananda Sadhana is preferable among the guest for its evidence of curing from high blood pressure, anxiety and stress. Here it is also learnt how the Prana (air) can be used for healing and achieving a supreme state of mind.
Personalised Sessions
Personalized session may vary from person to person. This one-hour session is depending on individual needs and requirements. After a detailed consultation and discussion with the person different meditation and chanting of Mantras are advised to the individual guest. Personalized session also comprises of converse on Yogic Diet and Power Yoga.
