The receipt of your deposit and/or final
payment will indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and
that you have accepted them.
The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual
relationship between Indian Horizons and its clients. It is extremely
important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
How to Book: - As soon you are ready to proceed with the
reservations and we shall send you our invoice of the total cost as an
advance payment either by Visa, Master Card via our Secure Server or via
Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account
Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you updated of your hotel
reservation and travel arrangements as mentioned
1. You shall receive an acknlowdgement of the payment that we have
received.
2. We would send you the Voucher and Invoice within 72 Hours of the payment

Amendment - We do not encourage changes in the confirmed
arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements
already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes,
depending on the availability. We would advise you the supplement charges if
any due to change in hotels
Cancellation - We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your
trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that
this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take
effect the day it is received by Indian Horizons. The following cancellation
charges will apply: -
90 days prior to arrival - No cancellation charges
30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance deposited
15 days prior to arrival - 70 % of the deposited payment
Less than 15 Days or no show - NO REFUND.
General Booking Conditions
Passports and Visas
You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is
in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey.
Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make
recommendations.
International and Domestic air bookings
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveller.
As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and
domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your
flight times and numbers.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveller is
adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness,
injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and
curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements
Indian Horizons offers its clients customized packages of land and / or air
services using various suppliers. The price of your travel arrangements is
subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and
may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate
fluctuation and increases in suppliers' prices.
While Indian Horizons will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as
confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if
deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff.

You can contact Indian Horizons via the web form from, email, fax, or
phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Indian Horizons
in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted
the request for booking, modifying a tour, please contact Indian Horizons
customer service at 24 hour phone no +91-9873219222 (Mr. Subrato Mukherjee)
immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the
terms of our Terms and Conditions.
Responsibility
Indian Horizons shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to
person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown
of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars
whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts,
epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist
activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Indian
Horizons control. Neither Indian Horizons nor any of its affiliates or
subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional
expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result
of any of the aforementioned causes.
