The Sis Ganj Sahib was a magnificent Gurudwara, which was built to pay tribute to the martyred Guru Teg Bahadur Singh Ji. The Sis Ganj Sahib Gurudwara was located in Anandpur Sahib town. During Mughal rules, Aurangzeb ordered Guru Teg Bahadur to become a disciple of Islam. But Guru Teg Bahadur protested against this and so the Emperor ordered his men to behead the Guru. In 1675, he was murdered at Chandni Chowk of Old Delhi.
The beautiful structure of the Gurudwara is the prime attraction of the shrine. It is a must-visit place for every sincere follower of Sikhism.
