West India Beaches

Maharashtra in the western coast of India boasts of 720 km long stretch of shoreline along the Arabian Sea which extends from Dahanu and Bordi in the north up to Goa proceeding southwards.

Colva beach is situated about 40 kms from Panaji, the capital of Goa. Colva beach is also at a distance of 2km from the Benaulim beach where tourists often go to have some quiet moments. Tourists come to Colva beach just to laze, laze and laze.

Goa Calangute beach is situated on the shores of the Arabian Sea in the North of India's Goa. It is encircled by Arpora-Nagoa, Saligao and Candolim, in the Bardez taluka, and is just 15 km from Panajim, the capital of the state of Goa.

Goa Varca beach is situated 5km south of Benaulim in Goa. Varca beach in Goa is filled with soft white sands and doted with black lava rocks at certain places. Being much cleaner and quieter than most of the famous beaches of Goa.

Seven kilometers west of the Indian state of Goa's capital Panjim (Panaji), Dona Paula Beach in Goa is nestled on the southern side of the rocky hammer-shaped headlands that divide the Zuari and Mandovi estuaries.
