The Sonbhandar Caves in Bihar is one of the magnificent monuments that the tourist comes to admire during their tour to Bihar. This cave exists in a single massive rock hollow. You can find inscriptions in the Sankhlipi or Shell script on the walls of the cave. There are two chambers hollowed out of a single giant rock. The rear wall has two upright lines cut and a flat line cut in the rock. Also, it was believed that the entrance of the cave lead to King Bimbisara’s Treasury.
